Three Photos Accepted into Artists of the West Program

I’m pleased to announce that three of my mountain photographs have been accepted into the Artists of the West program at American Furniture Warehouse. Two of the images highlight the rugged peaks of the Teton Range in Grand Teton National Park and the other is a black and white image of a winter afternoon at Dallas Divide in the San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado. 

The Artists of the West program features museum quality canvas artwork and photography from local artists from Arizona, Colorado, and Texas that is available for purchase in stores and online.  Be sure to check out my images here!

With its summit shrouded in clouds, Mount Moran is reflected in the still water of the Snake River at Oxbow Bend on a cool fall morning in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming.
At 12,610 feet, Mt. Moran dominates the northern section of the Teton Range, rising 6,000 feet above Jackson Lake. Several active glaciers exist on the mountain, including the Skillet Glacier plainly visible on the monolithic east face.
Dallas Divide is an iconic high mountain pass in Southwestern Colorado. It is famous for colorful autumn scenes of aspen forests agains the rugged peaks of the San Juans. While most often photographed in the fall, Dallas Divide also makes for a delightful winter mountain landscape. Here, black and white adds the perfect touch to the already stark winter environment and sweeping afternoon clouds add some drama to the blue sky.
